Art therapy is an adventure of self-discovery. Through our efforts and artistic interpretations, we learn who we are at the depths of our soul. In this process, we grow to understand, accept, and change, if we want, the outer parts of our experiences.

The goals of Integration Healing are: to utilize art as an agent of change, to validate a participant’s skills and knowledge, to develop empathy by meeting a participant where they are artistically, to collaboratively develop a treatment goal.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship.
